Sharp cheese, cut in pieces

Egg, slightly beaten

Directions

  1. Melt butter in skillet, stir in cheese and melt.
  2. Add seasonings.
  3. Add cream slowly.
  4. Remove skillet from fire and beat in egg.
  5. Serve hot on thin toast.
  6. Makes 4 servings.
