Buttered bread crumbs

Melted butter
Directions
- Crumble the cottage cheese.
- Add sour cream, salt, sugar and eggs well beaten.
- Add lemon Juice.
- Stretch dough and brush with melted butter.
- Spread on the cheese mixture and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
- Roll up and place in well greased pans.
- Brush tops with melted butter and bake in 350 F oven for about 45 minutes.
