Directions

  1. Jack cheese, shredded 1.
  2. Preheat broiler.
  3. Spray 1-quart flameproof casserole with nonstick cooking spray and place Chili in casserole.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and Mexican seasoning.
  5. Broil until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
  6. Serve with corn chips.
