Medium egg noodles

Cottage cheese

Brown sugar

Sour cream

Walnuts or pecans
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Cook noodles until tender, drain.
- Beat eggs in large bowl.
- Add milk, cheese, sour cream, white sugar and raisins.
- Beat together and then add noodles.
- Mix well.
- Pour into 10 x 14 inch pan.
- Mix together brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle evenly over noodles and bake for 1 hour or until center seems firm.
