Cottage Cheese Loaf Recipe

Margarine/butter melted or use Butter Buds equivalent

Cottage cheese, fatfree

Corn Flakes cereal

c
Chopped nuts (optional)

Chicken style seasoning or more to taste

Eggs, or Egg Beaters equiv.
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Put in greased 13" x 9" baking dish and bake at 375F for 45 minutes to 1 hour until set and browned.
- When you put a spoon in it should feel solid and not real soft.
- This is also good cold on sandwiches.
