Directions

  1. Creamsicle Cups This recipe can be made after school, but since it must chill for two hours, you'll have to wait until after dinner to eat it.
  2. Mom or Dad should pour the boiling water.
  3. Kids can do the rest! aluminum foil 1.
  4. Cut pieces of aluminum foil long enough to wrap around each cup and overlap slightly.
  5. Fold foil in half lengthwise then wrap around cups, leaving 1 1/2 inches of foil above rim of cups.
  6. Secure with tape.
  7. In large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  8. Place orange juice in 1-cup measuring cup.
  9. Add enough ice cubes to measure 1 cup.
  10. Add orange juice and ice to gelatin, stirring until mixture is slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
  11. Gently stir in whipped topping until well blended.
  12. Spoon mixture evenly into each cup.
  13. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
  14. Remove aluminum foil from cups before eating.
