Directions

  1. Servings: 4 Microwave margarine uncovered in custard cup on high (100% until softened, 15 to 30 seconds.
  2. Blend in mustard.
  3. Spread margarine on one side of each toast lsice.
  4. Place slices buttered sides up on serving plate; top with hamtomato and cheese slices.
  5. Microwave uncovered until cheese begins to melt, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
  6. Top each sandwich with a spoonful of coleslaw.
